The following picture shows our integrated automatic system for hose clamp production.

With the automated feeding machine plus band thread stamping machine, band thread(the holes/teeth in or on the band) can be punched automatically and the coil can be cut off without manual work.

When the coil enter into the assembly machine, it will be cut into bands and assembled with housings. Then it will be curled, bent in a round shape and then assembled with screws.

Finally, you will see finished product, a hose clamp coming out of the machine.
